As part of a mandatory infrastructure compliance requirement, we will be performing a backend datastore migration. During this migration, your tenant might observe disruptions of approximately 15 minutes while core data is migrated.
Please note: Analytics data will be backfilled after the upgrade. As such, reporting may temporarily display incomplete data until the process is completed.
Customer Action Required:
To ensure a seamless transition and minimize any potential impact, please upgrade all your API Gateway environments to version 11.1.0.6.0670. This version is critical because it supports both the current and new datastores, ensuring compatibility throughout the migration process.
If the upgrade is not completed, your API Gateway will be automatically upgraded to version 11.1.0.6.0670, as per previous announcement titled "IBM webMethods API Gateway version 11.1.0.6.0670 Hotfix Release" on November 25, 2025.
Please review your current version of API Gateway and plan accordingly. For detailed upgrade instructions and support resources, please refer to the product documentation or contact IBM Support.

On December 13, 2025, We will deploy an infrastructure release (EKS Version upgrade) from 03:00 to 09:00 UTC.
Cloud providers regularly release infrastructure updates that must be implemented and released by us.
These updates may lead to brief disruptions; however, you can often mitigate these interruptions by incorporating fault tolerance into the product assets you develop. Because of the shared nature of the infrastructure, it is not possible to provide specific disruption times for individual customers.
Downtime: 30 minutes
Other affected components: IBM webMethods API Gateway , IBM webMethods Developer Portal, IBM webMethods Integration , IBM webMethods B2B, IBM webMethods End-To-End Monitoring, Managed File Transfer, IBM webMethods iPaaS
Customer actions:
Action Required for wM.io Integration Customers: Resolve Hybrid Connectivity Issues
To prevent regression defects and address hybrid connectivity issues between your on-premises environment and Cloud Universal Messaging (UM), please install the latest fixes as outlined below:
-> For Integration Server 10.15: Install Universal Messaging Common Libraries 10.15 Fix 28
-> For Integration Server 11.1: Install NUMCommonLibraries 11.1 Fix 3
Next Steps for Customers Not on the Recommended Versions:
If you're not currently on the suggested fix versions, please follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity:
1.Disable and re-enable the connection to re-establish connectivity.
2.If the issue persists, restart your on-premises Integration Server.
3.For continued issues, please open a support case with IBM.
Questions or problems: Open a case with IBM support.
