As previously announced in the section "Rename of Software AG Cloud and URLs" in the blogpost Product Offering Details for Existing webMethods Customers and Partners, Software AG Cloud has been renamed IBM webMethods iPaaS, and the URLs for Software AG Cloud components are changing to new IBM URLs. Specifically, the URLs are changing from *.softwareag.cloud to *.platform.ipaas.ibm.com.
On February 28, 2026, we will release all IBM webMethods iPaaS products from 02:30 UTC to 07:30 UTC. These releases will redirect your *.softwareag.cloud URLs to the *.platform.ipaas.ibm.com URL. Please see the section "Rename of Software AG Cloud and URLs" in the blogpost Product Offering Details for Existing webMethods Customers and Partners for details.
Downtime: 30 minutes. For IBM webMethods iPaaS SaaS offerings, all design-time and other runtime activities may experience authentication issues and disruptions (including execution failures due to authentication and server errors) during the maintenance window. Downtime typically begins 30 minutes after the maintenance start time.

Customer actions: IBM webMethods Integration Hybrid connectivity issue: In a hybrid environment, an on-premises Universal Messaging (UM) client cannot reconnect to a Cloud UM server after receiving a security exception. To avoid regression defects and restore hybrid connectivity between the on-premises environment and Universal Messaging (UM), install the following latest fixes: ⦁ For Integration Server 10.15: Universal Messaging Common Libraries 10.15 Fix 28 ⦁ For Integration Server 11.1: NUMCommonLibraries 11.1 Fix 3 If you are not yet on the recommended fix versions, follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity: 1. Disable and re‑enable the connection to re‑establish connectivity. 2. If the issue persists, restart your on‑premises Integration Server.
If you define one or more external Identity Providers in IBM webMethods iPaaS, update the single sign-on URLs to include the new IBM URLs. See Customer Actions for detailed information on how to make the updates. NOTE: If you have not changed your URLs by the time the change is deployed to your region, your URLs will stop working and users will not be able to log in using your external Identity Provider.
