webMethods.io API Gateway 10.11 on Azure uses a cluster that is no longer supported by Microsoft. To avoid possible problems and security issues, starting March 21, 2023, we began upgrading customers on Azure who have webMethods.io API Gateway 10.11 to webMethods.io API Gateway 10.15. These upgrades will continue through April 5, 2023.

Over the past months we have communicated with as many affected customers as possible. This notice is for customers with whom we were not able to establish communications.
