SSL/TLS certificates for IBM webMethods Cloud Container will expire on March 16, 2026. If you are currently using SSL/TLS certificates with webMethods Cloud Container, download the new certificates from the specified location below and update your existing certificates before March 9, 2026.

If you do not update your certificates before March 9, 2026, your 2-way transactions will fail and you might experience an SSL handshake error.

Root and intermediate certificates will also change.

IBM webMethods Integration Hybrid connectivity issue: In a hybrid environment, an on-premises Universal Messaging (UM) client cannot reconnect to a Cloud UM server after receiving a security exception. To avoid regression defects and restore hybrid connectivity between the on-premises environment and Universal Messaging (UM), install the following latest fixes:

If you are not yet on the recommended fix versions, follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity:

On February 22, 2026, we will release all IBM webMethods iPaaS products from 02:30 UTC to 07:00 UTC. These releases will redirect your *.softwareag.cloud URLs to the *.platform.ipaas.ibm.com URL. To avoid regression defects and restore hybrid connectivity between the on-premises environment and Universal Messaging (UM), install the following latest fixes:

If you are not yet on the recommended fix versions, follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity:
