IBM webMethods would like to inform you that the SSL certificate for the iPaaS services is due to expire on February 05, 2026. As part of our commitment to ensuring secure communications, we will be renewing the certificate. This requires action to update the truststore with the new SSL certificates before February 01, 2026, in order to continue securely interacting with our platform.

All IBM webMethods iPaaS Products in US West Oregon AWS US1 Product Release Feb 7, 2026 02:30-06:30 UTC

As previously announced, Software AG Cloud has been renamed IBM webMethods iPaaS, and the URLs for Software AG Cloud components are changing to new IBM URLs; specifically, from *.softwareag.cloud to *.platform.ipaas.ibm.com.

On February 07, 2026, we will release all IBM webMethods iPaaS products from 02:30 UTC to 06:30 UTC. These releases will redirect your *.softwareag.cloud URLs to the *.platform.ipaas.ibm.com URL. Please see Product Offering Details for Existing webMethods Customers and Partners for a detailed description.

Downtime: 30 minutes. For IBM webMethods Integration, downtime is intermittent and only applies to hybrid executions; all design and other runtime activities will function as expected. Downtime usually starts one hour after the maintenance start time.

Monitoring - The issue has been confirmed as an Azure networking problem. Services have been stabilizing over the past few minutes, and both we and Azure are actively monitoring the situation. Azure will share an official communication within the next two hours, and a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be provided for this incident.
