webMethods.io API Gateway 10.11 and API Portal 10.7 on Azure use a cluster that is no longer supported by Microsoft. To avoid possible problems and security issues, starting March 21, 2023 we will upgrade customers on Azure who have webMethods.io API Gateway 10.11 and API Portal 10.7 to API Management 10.15.

API Management 10.15 includes Developer Portal, a newer version of API Portal. If you have API Portal, we will upgrade API Portal to Developer Portal. After the upgrade, Software AG will contact you to amend your contract at no cost.

Over the past months we have communicated with as many affected customers as possible. This notice is for customers with whom we were not able to establish communications.

Customer action: If you have API Portal and we upgraded you to Developer Portal, go to https://docs.webmethods.io/developerportal/10.15.0/administration/chapter1b/#gsc.tab=0 documentation, go to the Tenant URL and Software AG Cloud Region section, and use the URL shown for your Azure region to access Developer Portal after the upgrade.
